I founded 2BSEEN Marketing, a boutique marketing agency, in 2020 to work with innovative companies, especially socially impactful ones. I love working with startups disrupting industries for the better. I am also fascinated with how technology can make a difference in people’s lives and the world. I am a startup advisory board member, founding team member, advisor, and mentor. Previously, I was the VP of Marketing and Client Services at a global investment management firm, leading the marketing and client relations efforts.
I’d like to encourage anyone trying to break into marketing and startups, needs advice, or is simply curious to feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]
Q: Tell us a bit about yourself
I was born in Beirut, Lebanon, surrounded by a tight-knit family of aunts, uncles, and cousins who were very much involved in all aspects of the Armenian community as teachers, leaders, and supporters. I am incredibly thankful for the strength and wisdom passed on to me from my female role models, including my great-grandmother, a genocide survivor at just nine years old.
Lebanon has a special place in my heart. I feel fortunate to have completed my undergraduate degree in Computer Science at the American University of Beirut, with its beautiful campus perches over the Mediterranean Sea. I then moved to Boston for work and obtained my master’s degree in Marketing Communications, where I currently live with my husband, Alex, and my son Charlie, a Junior in high school.
AIWA is a passion project where I contribute to the advancement of others by working closely with an amazing group of women who are selflessly dedicated to elevating and supporting Armenian females globally.
Q: What is your life philosophy?
Lately, my philosophy is to “keep it simple,” “trust my intuition,” and “get out of my comfort zone.”
Q: What is your hope for the future?
To continue to live my truth and be a vehicle to change the lives of others for the better.
Q: What is your favorite thing about being Armenian/Armenians?
The invisible but very powerful thread that connects all of us.
Q: How has Armenian culture shaped / influenced you?
To be proud of my heritage and fight for underrepresented groups’ rights.
