Deeply-entrenched limiting beliefs often play a role in our level of success, thus much of Rita’s work centers around identifying those beliefs and using proven methods to “install” more empowering ones. Rita is focused and passionate about making an impact in her community and all those around her, through empowering their visions and supporting them to take effective action to realize those visions, including building prosperous and meaningful organizations and lives that make a significant difference in the world. She discovered AIWA SF more than 10 years ago when she was invited to participate in the development of the “Women Entrepreneurial Program” (WEP) in Armenia. She coached a few women entrepreneurs in Armenia and helped them to develop and begin to implement their business plans.
As an Armenian women, nothing made Rita more happy than to support these women to grow their companies and be a success in Armenia!
