During this time of humanitarian crisis in Armenia and Artsakh, the Armenian International Women’s Association (AIWA) is incredibly proud of our global communities coming together.
We appeal to all our members, donors, and supporters to take the following immediate actions:
- Direct Contributions: Donate directly to the All Armenia Fund (for US tax-deductible donations) and www.himnadram.org (for outside of the USA).
- Women’s Support Center (WSC): AIWA has sent immediate funds to the WSC to directly help women and children impacted by the war and/or by the overall turmoil in the country. If you would like to support this initiative, please donate to AIWA International directly and select Women’s Support Center to earmark your donation.
- Corporate Matching: Many companies have corporate matching gift programs and we encourage you to maximize matching opportunities. Have you researched all the options available to you and your family. RIT Matching Gift Search is a great resource.
- Make Your Voice Heard: Lastly, we ask that you contact your Senator and Congress member to condemn the Azerbaijani aggression attacks and to strengthen U.S.–Armenia ties. Connect here to quickly make your voice heard.
We urge you to follow through on these efforts in supporting the safety and well-being of our people in the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh.
