Workout with AIWA! with Exercise Specialist Anastasia Bohajian

Join Exercise Specialist, Anastasia Bohajian, as she leads us through a 30-minute body weight work out focused on technique followed by a discussion to improve your at-home routine and create an efficient exercise schedule. Come ready with your mat and water bottle! If you have a resistance band you may bring that as well, but it is not mandatory. No other equipment is needed! Anastasia will be available for all your questions.
