Nutrition at a Distance with Jillian Allen

Jillian is a registered dietitian who will discuss ways to maintain good nutrition during social distancing. Tips for staying well will include how to eat healthy or avoid eating out of boredom, as well as touching on how to prioritize other areas of wellness such as movement, sleep, stress management and human connection. Simple recipes will be provided.
